Got a call from a Michael James(such an English name!)seemingly from Microsoft and phoning from Reading(in hindsight I'm surprised he didn't pronounce it reeding). Foolishly I gave him a number he asked for which gave him access to my laptop... To cut a long story short he ended up asking for my bank details... Aviod at all costs!!!

They will try to get you to give details about an alleged hacking of your computer. It's scam.
