Stop spam calls

I asked for a trial, no strings hearing aid trial. I was told that first you needed an ear test before I could be assessed for a hearing aid. I said I had 1 last week and can provide the details at the assessment. They said they required it to be one of their hearing tests due to the nature of the hearing aids (At a cost). When I asked about the cost of the hearing aids, they said they are a call centre and all they do is follow-up leads and book appointments. They had no idea about the cost
