See who's calling

Female caller didn't get a name, Said they were from Virgin Media saying someone has hacked my internet account, I said I would call back on the Virgin number to be told 'she was meeting her sister and wouldn't be able to take the call so would be best to sort it now'. Told her I would speak to somebody else, She promptly put the phone down. Obviously a scam, As going by other comments on other sites, They are stating they are from ALL internet providers.
