Gave my email address. Said I would pay cheaper on than my supplier now. No bank details given. This is a scam. Am I safe? Can't change my supplier-said I have a 14 day cooling down period and they would send info to my email account... Nothing arrived!

Energy company trying to switch you from your provider. Did not quite get the name. Stated if you try to leave them before 3yr period is up they charge you £30. You get points and rewards from them monthly. Anything too good to be true usually has consequences.

Somehow got my name and phone number from somewhere, I asked them where they got my number and they kept it vague and didn’t actually answer the question. Told them that I wasn’t interested, Still tried to sell me their pitch so I told them again. Third time I told them I was not interested they told me that I was an opium addicted little (and I quote) “chinky” who probably ate rice every day.

I have had 3 total of calls, 2 I have missed. The lady I spoke to seemed nice but I am fed up with different energy companies calling me saying the same thing. They say they will take my name and number off but I get another company trying to contact me.
