On the phone for ages, didn't know how much my Dad even paid for his contract and said he could get an even better mobile phone for less and he could upgrade early - total lie. Luckily I overheard them asking for bank details and got involved. Total scam, and definitely not Carphone Warehouse. AVOID

Constantly ringing my son, when he answered it was about his contract renewal. They don't have permission to call that number. They have nothing to do with the phone contract.

Scam!! shows as a Leeds number. Caller said they were from Carphone Warehouse and offerering a new deal. Did I want to change my phone and pay less. Errrrr. No thanks. Sounded like a call from a busy midlands call centre.

This number called me claiming to be car phone warehouse, fortunately the deal they were offering I could not go ahead with at the time due to being at a nail appointment. I directly contacted car phone warehouse the next day to try to get the offer. They advised me that this was not an offer that car phone warehouse can offer and informed me this is a fraudulent call. Beware! I nearly fell for this … 😬
