Deliveroo courier came, no English, kept asking for delivery code. When I asked him which shop order he was delivering to me, he couldn't answer. He was on his phone face timing with someone, also non English, who said it's from restaurant. This is when I understood, that someone was trying to scam me as I haven't ordered anything from any restaurant today.

I was busy so I didn't answer. Immediately it called a second time. My phone showed +44 = from UK. I read a lot of comments that say Deliveroo driver in Leeds or something like that. Since I'm living in Italy I suppose that the delivery will take a while... What do you think? Hahaha. Seriously speaking I doubt that a Deliveroo driver in Leeds calls a foreign numer for a delivery...

Why does everyone call this a scam? Yes... Its Deliveroo. No Its not a scam, Its your delivey driver trying to contact you to tell you he's outside. Why's it an 0113 number, Because it is dialled through the Deliveroo system. Some people! Just try answering your phone and you'll find out who it is. Who do you think you are, The Queen?

Number rang me about 2 seconds before I opened the door to the Deliveroo driver. Confusing that it’s a Leeds number, I didn’t answer as was about to open the door but it is probably Deliveroo.

It’s Deliveroo calling to check a delivery. Usually if the driver can’t find your address or if no one is answering the door.

Calling to say he was near my building and that I had ordered delivery and that my name is Jade. I could hear traffic and so I dont know why it’s a landline number.

I didn’t answer phone as I didn’t recognise the number. Then I later realised it was Deliveroo with my food order! Yes, They obviously have my address but for some reason they had gone to my neighbour?
