Stop spam calls

Just received a phone call from this number, The operator starts saying I was rude and all I did was say hello. He started shouting saying "did you just ask who I was how rude of you" and slammed the phone down on me! I don't normally comment on these scammers but makes me think if he did this on purpose so that I would phone back and receive a hefty bill from our telephone provider.... So please ignore all calls from this number.
