Debt collection that doesnt answer phone calls

I believe this is a debt recovery business, I ask why they phone that asked a lot of personal information, Which I refused to give as I do not owe anything to anyone, This look like a scam where there try to gather information, I recommend to block and report the number for nuisance calls, I found the lady very sarcastic, Rude and unprofessional
