I keep on having calls from this number so I've blocked it. It comes from Leeds

Think it's possibly telemarketing. Or company checking the phone number is live and being used. I pick up, No answer. I say hello, No answer. I repeat, No answer. I say if you don't speak I will put the phone down. They then disconnect. It was a live call. Throughout the call you can hear other people talking as if it is a call centre or large office space.
