Caution
Keep clear of this company they liked into overpayment if tax. Hmrc sent me information saying I was owed a tax back payment which they then sent to the Wyndham group When I contacted them they said they would need to take the whole of the tax back in fees as well as commission which was not in their paperwork so on top of 30 per cent they added fees so I got nothing Please be careful and don’t use this company it is a scam

Was paid £500 marriage tax after they took their fee in2019 and on the 15th of July this year I had a bill from them for £210 of which they said was for 2yrs £105 a year I can not get an explanation for this so it looks like they want the money back!! Keep clear!!

Rcvd call from female advising their records advised I was married and that they were working in line with hmrc regards married tax allowance. They do not work in line with hmrc. When questioned where they had got my details, Advised bought them but then refused to say who from due to GDPR. Hilarious they just breached it themselves. The female then put phone down on me. Rang me today regarding marriage tax rebate. He said his records show me as married. Well his records are sadly lacking accuracy as I have been a widow for almost 30 years!!! How can you trust a firm that gets it so wrong!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. EVENTUALLY, THEY WILL ASK YOUR BANK DETAILS. I GET 10 TO 12 CALLS A DAY FROM 7 AM TILL AROUND 11 PM FROM THEM. I THAUGHT THESE COMPANIES COULD BE FINED NOW FOR NUISANCE CALLS?

Very poooor, Reply once then never again. Service was rubbish told lie after lie started before xmas for marriage tax rebate as soon as they got money from hmrc we have not heard from them case now in the hands of the OMBUDSMAN.

Wyndan Group- one employee, Probably the man who rang. Marriage tax refund, Along the lines of PPI, Ie they get a huge chunk of any monies owed. Not been in business very long. Would not recommend. If you believe you are owed such money then research it online and claim it yourself.

Had a call from them as they had my details, Thought it was a scam. Checked them on the financial conduct authority website and found out they are legitimate and were given my details from somewhere who I forgot I agreed to have them distributed. Would be worth listening to them as everything they do is free until you sign an agreement which is transparent and fair.

Legitimate company, Look them up on the FCA website, They're called Wyndan Group - helped me claim money back that I didn't know even existed, Woman on the phone was very polite. A few seconds of listening to them could go a long way!
