Same here Guy knew my name said he was from vodaphone asked about my mobile then when I said im not happy with my internet anyway he stumbled and couldn't get off the phone fast enough! Definitely not a legit call from vodaphone.

A male voice called and somehow knew my surname. They claim to be from Vodafone and said they asked if my phone plan is with them…I asked why and he started stuttering. Shady and unreliable. Why would they call after hours at nearly 7pm. Blocked.

2 x calls from this number. 3 seconds after I answered the caller hung up. Showed as a call from Vodafone according to "Smart" on my phone. I called Vodafone - they have no notes of anyone trying to contact me. Vodafone is also not the service provider of this number. Definitely a scam. Don't call back!

Caller stated that they could reduce the monthly bill. We advised that we also have Sky through the same account. The caller stated that Vodafone had separated from Sky but we would still need to pay the entire account through Vodafone. When asking them to access our account to state our monthly payment the caller stated that they couldn’t access our details as their system was down. We told them to respond back when the could access our account. Nothing heard so far. All sounds very dodgy.

Recieved a call from this number promoting broadband. Spoke with a lady who did not seem genuine and did not introduce herself as a employee. She also went straight into promoting and asking questions which vodafone should already know. There was no security checks hence why I picked up this was a scam call.
