After picking up a weird call (bad connection with plenty background noises and mumbling caller) from ‭+31 85 888 75 96‬, I blocked the number and just within an hour I received a call from this new number from Netherlands now. As having no contacts in Netherlands at all, I decided to not pick up and blocked this number as well. Not knowing the exact attempt behind these calls, But definitely not anything good.
