Guys have been calling me for weeks with reported numbers. Today they caught me off-guard with a fresh number. First he claimed that fiber was the cause of slow connections since it's shared between homes (which isn't necessarily true depending on the technology used). Then he proceeds to tell me that he can make my internet faster because they use fiber for the first 97% of the connection, but "superior" coax for the last 3%.
