Then asks if someone in family is working with bank or is an insurance agent or in any financial profession, if yes then she says she can't take feedback and disconnects! Definitely fraud, no genuine bank requesting feedback would do so. Stay away, don't answer any of their questions, even better don't pick it at all.

Woman on call said she is from ICICI lombard, asked for email address and satisfaction with policy registration process. Then started asking for education details, when I asked her why she needs this, she didnt reply and cut the call. Seems very suspicious to me, When I called the number back I was informed that the dialled no. Does not exist.

Received a call from tel No. 02516640000 The lady informing that she is from ICICI, Mumbai office. She was enquiring about my ATM transaction and about my family details. When I refused give the details, she said OK and disconnected the call. When I called this No. Back, the voice message informed that I have to check the No. It looks suspicious.
