Regarding complaint of my refund issue of cancellation but after submitting required information by amazon executive disconnected my call and after disconnected of my call again I dialed sama amazon no then text messages received saying no is invalid. My elder brother called on this number doing a google search on Amazon Customer Care Number this number came from results and call went to one lady who asked all personal details on call. Then she called him on phone then demanded my bro to install ANYDESK. Please dont call this number even by mistake your money will be looted by this fake call center fellows

Answer the call to a lady saying she's from Amazon and my account has been charged for a years subscription. I told her I want it cancelled. She said I must open my app store and download an app called "ANYDESK".... THEY'RE TRYING TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR INFORMATION.... DON'T BELIEVE THEM... Called from a mobile number but gave this number to call her back on.
