I got a call from a few different numbers like this starting with 1-778-378 and they are all 'Border Security' with a package that has XXXXX and money addressed to me. Its an automated message. 'Press 1 to speak to a CBP Officer. If you do not you will be sentenced to jail and blah blah blah.'
