Got a call from Rogers, who offered me a decent price plan but I did not believe it so I asked them to send me an email. Once I received an email from them I communicated through email and got the deal of internet & business phone lines. In 2 weeks of time services were installed.

They called 5 times in 20 min with no one on the other line after 10 seconds. I finally left the phone on speaker phone to see if anyone ever picked up on their end so I could ask them to please stop disturbing me. They finally were there after 20 seconds of dead are. They said they were from Rogers. I told them to take my number off their list if they feel the need to call so many times and then not even be there.

Best customer service ever! I was looking for options for my business phone and WIFI plans online, and I got a call from Vinay, He offered me all the services and TV plans as well. Even after the installation, he took care of my concerns very professionally! Best telecom service experience so far!
