Absolutely a scam. I contacted them via craightlist and they texted me asking me to contact another email address, who I have previously received communication from regarding a completely different property and that was a scam too.

As the other commenters have mentioned, almost certainly a rental scammer. I emailed them about a craigslist posting and they messaged me back via text from this number asking me to contact another email address. I emailed that address and they asked me for more personal information, then I never heard back after I asked to set up a viewing in person.

Seems like a real estate scammer. Emailed about a craigslist property -- received what seemed like an automated text message asking for me to contact another email address. Never heard back, but seemed a bit sketchy.
