When you pick up, they don't say nothing until you do, which they reply, "may I get the first and last name of who I'm speaking with".. Which you can tell is an automated recording – which I believe they want you to state your full name to use for Voice Recognition as they are 100% recording the phone call. I ALWAYS just reply with nonsense, and it still triggers the automated responses/script.. You can reply with "go f yourself" and it will still go to the next question etc.. DO NOT
