"A driver needs help delivering your Amazon order. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts for Amazon deliveries." <--- SMS left, even though I have no order made right now.
At first we were worried this was a scam because we didn't order anything from Amazon... Turns out a family member did. A few minutes later our package was delivered.
A man called stating he was a driver from Amazon. He stated that our address was pinned incorrectly. I did not order anything and we were not expecting anything. He wanted to know where we were located. But, I wanted to know if he could deliver tomorrow. Unfortunately I said yes. I think I got scammed somehow because I told him where we were located and nothing arrived the next day.
Despite being from an area code in Ontario this was a delivery driver in Vancouver - totally safe and legit. Nice guy actually. Got my package minutes after the call

Not sure if this is scammer
Got this call on my cell... Called it a d found out it was Amazon..... But I havent ordered anything in 6 months plus.. Also got a call from Cowichan Lake RCMP and I haven't lived on Vancouver Island in 6 months.. Called the RCMP back and told it was a scam.. Scammers are cloning phone numbers to use to scam people.
Amazon delivery guy calling for package drop off instructions. They usually call once then the second time the Amazon Delivery option shows on your Caller ID if you don't answer the first time.
Missed this call. Called back and was automated recording from Amazon Logistics about a Parcel Delivery, And mentions to check your order online, To handle any discreptancy
I've been getting calls from this number, When I phoned back a guy answered saying he never called me. I blocked the number but last night alone I received 5 voicemails from the same #. When I listened to each they're just phone rings then asks to leave voicemail for them in the end.
They called, Said they were amazon delivery and told me to come down to the lobby to get my package from them. I live in a detached house not an apartment. Seems sketchy
Got a message from this number saying that they are looking for drivers for some personal loans delivery job, Totally scam for sure. Just wondering why everyone says it’s a Amazon delivery guy’s phone number.
I too got a call from this number in Toronto right around the time Amazon left a package. In the past I have had drivers call me ahead of time to ask if I am home. Maybe its that?
Same here, In Toronto, Phone rang, Missed the called, No voicemail left. So I looked up the phone number online, Found this, Checked my front door and there was my Amazon package.
I just missed a call and was looking up the number when I heard something at my door..... When I answered the person was gone but my Amazon package was there. I'm in Toronto btw.
Someone called about an amazon package, Had my address and everything but I didn't give my phone number to amazon. When they asked my name, Said it was the wrong person.
It was a legitimate call from Amazon Delivery. I initially didn't pick up the phone because of the Toronto area code and I live in BC.
The driver texted me instead to locate where my house was inside large townhouse complex. Sure enough, There was Amazon delivery within few minutes after I texted back the exact location.
Didn’t order a package, Kept trying to ask me to confirm my address but couldn’t tell me what city or an actual address they had. Also could not tell me the name addressed on the package. Do not trust this number. Just block it.
This guy is nuts. He was extremely angry and belligerent, Yelled insults, And he wasn’t wearing any sort of mask or PPE when he delivered. I had to wash the package he threw at me... Not sure if he spat on it based on the demeanour.
Absolutely insane. Do not answer this man, Avoid him. If your package does not come or is damaged call amazon.
We have parcel lockers and they can deliver and drop in front of our door. He calls every time, 5 times and tells you to come downstairs to the mail room and get it. Just put it in the locker OKAY! It's free. You called 5 times when you could have put it in the locker once. He's rude when he calls too. So disrespectful won't give his name either so I can't complain. Grow up dude or get a different job.
It's just Amazon- and the worker sent to deliver my package must've been frustrated because I didn't pick up any of the calls, I responded to the texts.
This was just my Amazon delivery guy calling me from right in front of my door. Why he didn't just leave the parcel on the step and go, Especially now when everything should be as contactless as possible, I will never know.
Its not common but sometimes the delivery guys gets lost. Called back and asked for my information he already knew where to deliver it, I didn't need to give out information
I'm told this is an amazon driver attempting to make a delivery, BUT, The phone indicates it is from Ontario and I live in Alberta, So why would I get a delivery call from Ontario? My package isn't due for 3 days. So I looked out on the deck, And sure enough there is my amazon parcel. They delivered early. Normally get an email, Not a phone call.
This number is for the central dispatch of Amazon so that the delivery person can deliver a package. I also live in an apartment. I did not pick up the phone at first because of the mislabeling of this number as fraud. BUT, It is legit. Thankfully, The delivery guy also tried my buzzer.
