Free caller ID

Called 7 times in 10 days, 3 times on 1 day. My service provider labeled the calls "Likely Fraud". I accidentally answered once and heard "Hello may I please speak to...." I said nothing and no one came on the line. It sounded like an automated message, not a real person. I finally used my service provider's call blocking on the number today (first time I used it).
