Called to say my five year washing machine was due to run out on Feb 24th and did I wish to extend it. I asked how some company called TSS was providing my cover when I have never heard of them. Claim they work on behalf of most of the manufacturers who will call TSS when there is a fault and request an engineer from them. Hung up when I asked how my five year warranty was nearly up when I have only had the machine for eight months.
