Called trying to upgrade my service and modem couldnt get my addess in their system for delivery and said they will call back after putting me on hold a few times which was just mute. No after call survey. Called shaw who said it was not a service call number so SCAM!!

Very abrupt and difficult to understand. Wanted to give me a better plan and knew details about my account. When I said "Send me the new plan details via email and I'll review when I'm not trying to work at the same time" they said "This is a time-sensitive deal. I can't email you the details. You would need to agree to the new terms now on this call" I told them to get in the sea.

Scam!! / Stolen personal information. Those guys are very convincing to give you a much better plan and service meanwhile asking your personal information. And ask a credit card number. I contacted directly to Shaw to ask about this phone number +1-888-749-3128, they told me is a scam phone number.

Shaw reps used this number to follow up on a current issue I had reported. I received at least 4 calls and at one time the call did not go through as there was no sound on the other end. The next they called again and spoke with me. Safe.

They called, I answered said "Allo!" and nobody replied.. So then I spoke in French and said "Hello" again, sat there with hearing no noise, nothing in the background to be heard, not even breathing.. Then after waiting 20 seconds they hung up...???? Just block this number.. Such a waste of time and energy..
