I am sure I was talking with the Customer Service representative - they did ask for information such as email address and shipment details; however, they correctly identified the article under discussion - that could have been because they could see the order based on the information provided.

I provided my personal information, but when they couldn't really understand me that well and did not give me a transaction number I became suspicious and found another Amazon number to call.
