Impersonate Bell MTS agents, start call by asking to confirm personal information - RED FLAG! They also leave voicemails with requests to call back that number before a certain time - RED FLAG! They will not confirm what it is that urgent matter they say they call about - RED FLAG! They will not follow up with an e-mail or letter when requested to do so - RED FLAG! They are not so smart, but very tenacious indeed, they keep calling even after being confronted as being scammers.

I get called every M-F around 9AM. Claiming BELL/MTS. They say wrong name, then every day say it’s very important and that I must call back. Each day the time “sensitive matter” in which this other person needs to call back is anywhere from within a couple hours of them calling or up to 5 hours later. I have blocked the number yet still get calls everyday and goes directly to voicemail. Absolutely a scam as I’m not Brandon Hannigan

Scam - they called saying BellMTS about my account. I hung up and called the regular BellMTS number and they advised they would not call from that number and it is not one of their numbers. Calling 3-4 times a day as well... BellMTS would not call this often.

Legit Bell MTS call to tell me I had an outstanding bill after I disconnected my services. When they called, I answered but no one responded, but if you wait about 45 seconds someone will pickup and respond to you. I verified that they were Bell MTS when I asked them to give me my account number. Also, if you're in Manitoba and you've dealt with MTS and you're getting someone calling from this number, it's probably legit and they're trying to get a hold of you.

It belongs to BellMTS. Real call telling me I had not returned equipment that I in fact had returned. Straightened it out, but it is real. If you owe them money ignoring it won’t make it go away plus you are spreading false info to others!

I just recently canceled my BellMTS internet services at my apartment last Friday (July 2nd). I've been getting these calls since at least this past Monday. They've also been harassing my parents, as I made the call from their place. I usually ignored it after looking the number up on Google. They called my house this morning, my dad answered it. My MTS bill was sent to collections. This is PCR Collections Agency. They call 4x times a day. They are super annoying. They say that they are from MTS and then ask for personal info. I just ignore them.

Scam!!! They keep calling, there was no answer when I picked up yesterday. Today there was someone who told me I have an outstanding bill for internet equipment that hasn't been returned.
