Attempting to mask themselves as Telstra saying there are warnings from your internet connection and that they can get their 'Security Department' to fix it while you're on the phone. He got very short and angry with me when I politely said I'd go to the Telstra shop to chat to them about it. Last I heard was "LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN!!!" as I hung up.
