Claim to be Douglas Moses from BigPond, Whom we had contacted via their website because our emails were not sending or receiving. Presumably somehow Douglas intercepted our contact and rang us back pretending to be helping restore our emails. However, He just wanted access to computer and find our bank details. When he asked for money for extra security we ceased the call and had to contact our computer guru, Bank and BigPond. BigPond said the day before we contacted them about our email pro
