Stop spam calls

Missed the call, but got an automated voice recording about a $99 purchase to be delivered by amazon agent, any issues call 61344180686

Just had the same call, about a $200 Ebay subscription. I gave them a XXXXX name and they fell for it. Scammers.

Just had ebay rep saying someone had bought a $200 subscription in my name and to download Team Viewer.. To fix and cancel the issue... He was Indian and his name was Michael.. Lol... I hung up on him and reported it to ebay

They left a message saying I had an automated deposit coming out of my account soon, And another one schedule for the same amount. The message said that 'if this was not you'..... And that I should call them back with my bank details to cancel the deposits and get refunded.

Scam claiming its ebay transaction related

Rang me at 1:20pm on 2/4/21. I called back, Female with Indian accent seemed shocked that i got through. Gave like an international dial tone before ringing.

They left a computer generated voice message saying $249. 99 was about to be taken from my account for a gift voucher, Unless I called back to stop it. Delete, Block. Scam.

Same as others.. Robo call purportedly from ebay. About a purchase for a massager for $249. 99. The last option was just to hang up... Which I did, So hoping obeying last option wasn't a super clever part of the scam.

They ring and say that 299 dollars is being taken from your account and if you didn’t make an order to call them back in that number but no order and no call from eBay and no money being taken out and apparently you ring them back and they record you and try get info out of you.. I’m not game to ring them back as everyone has made complaints already to earn people

Received a call from this number today claiming it to be from ebay. When I selected option 2 to query it they hung up as soon as I started to question them.

I received an identical call. The woman hung up when I refused to download an app called Quicksupport. Woman had an Indian accent and was very insistent, Almost persuasive, Then aggressive. Beware!

I received a call from this number today. Said it was from e-bay, And had received a purchase from China for a voucher for $259. Wanted me to start fiddling with my iphone to cancel the order. When I refused he hang up. Sounded like an Indian accented English.

Call from a message service telling me an ebay purchase had been made on my credit card, Asking me to get put through for a refund if I didn’t make the purchase.

Scam call saying from eBay, i let them go on and asked them for some curry, really XXXXX them off, i rang back a few times later and said i had a missed call, Let them go again, And said could I have some naan bread with my curry. really XXXXX them off and I could not stop laughing

Anyone else make an eBay purchase then the following day receive a scam phone call claiming to be eBay advising I need to be refunded $249? Because that’s what happened to me, Wonder if they’re linked and there is perhaps and privacy breach

Voicemail claiming money was spent and telling to call a number if I didn't make the "purchase".

Said I had purchased an ebay gift card for $249. 99, Call back if I did not authorise. I called the number and the lady said she was ebay customer service. She asked if I had authorised the purchase, I said no, She then hung up on me.

This phone number went to my voicemail. It was an automated fast voice message stating that a $249 eBay would be charged and debited from my bank account. If I didn’t request the purchase I needed to call back immediately. I have now blocked this number.

Call threatened to charge my account - they talked really fast and hard to understand.

Pretty much the same as the rest of these comments, They wanted to "refund" me around $200ish

Just had a similar call. I called back and the guy was insistent I stopped my car and download an app to cancel the order. I told him I was very uncomfortable with this and he said he would hang up and I would be charged the money. Asked how he got my number and he was evasive.

When i didnt answer they left an automated message claiming they have a purchase order for me of $249. 99 and will be debited from my account, I need to call back if i did not make the purchase. This is BS and so bloody frustrating.

They said they were from ebay, And that I had requested some item and they would be charging me, And that they had all my personal details. They said my request was in the name of Whand Shu in Beijing. It's a scam.

Warning this is a scam pretending to be Ebay security. Someone in China apparently hacked my eBay account and was purchasing at $299 gift card. They wanted to know what sort of phone I was using as soon as they wanted that info alarm bells went off block this number.

They gave me a fake name for the account that bought the card. As that would then cost me nothing, There's no way anyone's used my account to do that, So I was able to tell them "Oh, It's not my problem - it's yours" and hang up.

I hung immediately, But it was an automatic call stating an e-bay purchase of 204. 99.

Be very aware, They try to apply for ZIP. CO credit of $1000 and leave you to pay for it. They ask you to complete Ebay cancellation form whcih includes your card details. Also want to login to your phone and facebook via TeamViewer. I wasted over 1 hour of their time.

Claims to be ebay security, Convinces you to install remote support app and then accesses your banking app to transfer money to the scammer.
