Stop robocalls

Claimed to be from NHS Australia - male with Indian accent with very noisy call-centre background. Knew my first name. I terminated the call.

Human named Jenna. Then when she started reading from a script, her name became Shannon. Definitely a scam. Not from Energy Australia or even a third party. Do NOT give them your details :)

Called multiple times. I eventually answered. Said he was from Energy Australia offering me a better plan. Call dropping out for several seconds at a time. Didn’t know what plan I was already on, whether I received bills electronically. Asked for email address then said I’d need to give Medicare number, licence number to sign up. I asked why when I am an existing customer and hung up. Very desperate to give me the new plan which is not on the energy Australia website as he rang me back three t

Claimed to be calling on behalf of Energy Australia. Call me twice using same mobile number but different people. Talking a lot about upgrading electricity and gas plan with discount and then trying to get my DOB, name, address and ID number. When I refused to provide my ID, tried harder to push me to provide it. I refused and hung up and called me again. Really dodgy.
