Caution
Amazon Prime scam. Claiming I have issues with a non-existent account. Were not deterred when I said I don't have any Amazon account. They refused to tell me the account number and wanted remote access to my PC. I wasted their time for a while before calling them out as scammers. They terminated the call immediately. They also refused to answer when I called back. Do not trust them.
