They said they were from "Energy Savers" and wanted to give me a good energy deal. I asked them some simple questions and they hung up. If they really had my best interests at heart, Why would they suddenly do that? Because they're dirty scammers and I was wasting their time when they could be hunting down more victims. Terrible people, They should be ashamed of themselves.

I work at a university and currently work from home. My desk phone comes through my computer. These guys would call me every day including weekends at least 3 times per day. I can’t find a way to block them!

I gave my passport no and date of birth. They called me multiple times and explained about different energy rates and discounts. I asked them and they told me they work for Simply energy. They are broker and finds clients and provide cheaper electricity and gas bill. After reading all comments it seems like they are scam. What should i do am i have already provided my passport no and date of birth. They also asked for my NMI number of Energy Australia and my address.
