A very polite young man introduced himself as John from SES. He said I could donate minimum $10 or order raffle tickets for $15 each. He said that if I'm reluctant to pay over the phone, he could mail me the relevant documents. I asked him to email email me. He said they cannot do anything without my full name and address. When I said I don't wish to disclose my address, he said "That's OK. You can just give me your full name and your neighbour's address, then pick it up from your neighbour."

Called did not answer and they did not leave a message. I called back and it was an automated answer for National sate emergency doing a raffle.
