Same as most of the other commentators - male of apparent Indian descent asked for me by name. Said his name was Alex of Roy Morgan Polling, but hung up as I commenced to tell him I wasn't interested in talking to him
Actually let them ask questions because i'm an XXXXX i guess, they started asking if i had invested offshore or domestically and i stated i was not comfortable disclosing that information and they hung up. Reckon it's more telemarketing than an outright scam but either way it's not worth answering
Male caller, knew my name and surname, said he was from a research company in Sydney, tried to ask me questions about how Covid had changed my lifestyle. Total scam.
Female caller wanted to talk to me about superannuation. I asked her to stop and to never call me again. She said "you shut up now" and hung up. That's funny. It was she who wanted a conversation.
Indian lady called asking for me ( knew my first and last name) then went on to wanting to talk about setting up a meeting for my superannuation? Hung up when she started to get more into it -
Indian man claiming to be from some superannuation company but I couldn’t understand him… Only knows my first name & asks for surname & my email address… I asked him if he was a telemarketer & then he hung up on me…
A female called me from this number and asked for my father. I said what’s this call referring to she kept saying my fathers name in a rude tone, she did not answer my question. Told her my father passed away two years ago so why are you calling me and what’s the reason. She said oh I’m sorry anyways bye. 😡
Guy sounded cultured. Said he was from a "superannuation compare" company. Background noise sounded busy but not office or home related. He called me for my husband but when I asked for a surname he hung up.
