They do not say who they are just music and a recorded message saying "Your call is important to us, please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent".

Rang wanted to speak to the boss, I ask which one do you want to speak to and what about. They said they wanted to discuss electricity consumption, I said the boss isn't available I will pass the message onto me, They than hung up on me
