SafeI called them back on their 13 37 39 number and was told that my credit card had indeed been used fraudulently and that XXXXXX had blocked the card. The scammers had tried to use my card three times and XXXXXX Visa blocked all three transactions because they were suspect transactions.

SafeI received 2 calls from this number in quick succession. It was a computer generated call and sounded completely scamming so I hung up. I called credit card provider and it turns out it was a legitimate call - my card was compromised and fraudulent transactions had been blocked.
